Clarity Partners is currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician to join a well-established gold mining operation in Western Australia.
This is a long-term prospect offering a 2/2 dayshift-only roster, negotiable pay rates, and consistent FIFO work from Perth.
Candidates must have previous fixed plant electrical maintenance experience within a gold mining environment to be considered.

About the Role
Working as part of the fixed plant maintenance team, you'll be responsible for electrical maintenance across the site's gold processing plant, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and available.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planned, preventative, and breakdown electrical maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
- Fixed plant inspections, repairs, and installations
- Maintenance across gold processing plant equipment and infrastructure
- Supporting shutdown and maintenance activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve plant reliability
- Maintaining high safety and compliance standards
About You
- Previous gold mining experience (essential)
- Fixed plant/gold processing plant electrical maintenance experience (essential)
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Australian Electrical Trade Certificate
- Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation
- Current Working at Heights
- Current Confined Space Entry
- EWP and relevant High Risk Work Licence
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Strong commitment to safety and working within a team environment
