The role will provide a high level of customer service by assisting with phone, email and over the counter sales plus sales administration support.

The Person:
While specific job training will be provided, the position will require applicants to be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
- Proven retail skills and experience.
- Solid communication skills.
- Keyboard and data entry skills.
- A strong commitment to your team.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to assist and learn in other operational areas as required.
Although not essential requirements, preference may be shown to applicants also able to provide any of the following:
- A rural background.
- Experience with livestock products.
- MYOB experience
The Duties:
Duties will be diverse across all areas of the business as required, however the primary focus will be to assist with:
- Email and over the counter sales and customer service.
- Sales invoicing.
- Product merchandising.
- Ordering.
- Scheduling sales deliveries.
- Accurate data entry.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom area.
