Kia Showroom Receptionist

As a Showroom Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers visiting the dealership. You will assist customers with enquiries, coordinate with team to ensure the high professionalism and high standards of customer service are delivered.

Responsibilities

- Greeting customers warmly and manage their enquiries efficiently

- Answering incoming calls and respond to email enquiries professionally

- Maintain a neat, skilled reception area and manage customer waiting areas

- General Cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities in Showroom

Previous experience in customer service or automotive reception is advantageous.

Candidate must have friendly, professional and customer focused attitude

Strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
