The Position, but not limited to

- Manage a small growth portfolio, all located close to the office - minimal travel




- Keep eyes on your property at the 6 week inspection, and then be supported by the team with routines.
- Focus on support, service, and problem-solving
- Structured workload vs constant firefighting
- Great for experienced PMs wanting balance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with high-touch owner communication

Skills & Experience

- Previous property management experience essential
- Open to experience levels if the right attitude is there!
- Well presented, and an eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
