eCommerce Pick & Pack Warehouse Assistant | Mr Pool Man

Permanent Full-Time | 38 Hours per Week | Wyoming, Central Coast NSW

Mr Pool Man is looking for a reliable, switched-on person to join our eCommerce warehouse team.

You will help pick, pack and dispatch online orders to pool owners across Australia while keeping our warehouse accurate, organised and moving efficiently.

This is a permanent full-time position with the potential to develop into a formal traineeship for the right person.

The standard we work to

This is a fast-paced and measurable warehouse environment.

Our current team averages approximately 33 orders picked and packed per hour, or 1.81 minutes per order, while maintaining our accuracy, packing and presentation standards.

We do not expect you to achieve this on your first day. You will receive training and time to learn our systems. However, you should enjoy working towards clear standards, improving your pace and getting things right the first time.

What you’ll do

- Pick and scan customer orders accurately

- Pack products safely, neatly and to our standards

- Create shipping labels and dispatch orders through our warehouse systems

- Restock shelves and keep warehouse locations organised

- Receive deliveries, check stock and put products away

- Complete stock counts and assist with cycle counts

- Help process returns and complete quality-control checks

- Assist with general warehouse duties when required

- Keep your workspace clean and follow warehouse safety procedures

Hours

- Permanent full time position

- 38 hours per week

- Monday to Friday

- Hours rostered between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm

- Additional paid hours may occasionally be available during peak periods

Pay and benefits

- $27–$33 per hour, depending on experience

- Plus 12% superannuation

You will be a valuable fit if you:

- Are reliable, punctual and ready to work

- Pay close attention to detail

- Can work efficiently without needing constant prompting

- Take pride in completing work properly

- Are comfortable working towards clear performance standards

- Are happy working on your feet in a physical role

- Can safely lift and move cartons

- Are comfortable using computers, scanners and warehouse software

- Work well as part of a team

- Live locally or have reliable transport to our Wyoming warehouse

Previous pick-and-pack, dispatch or warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

A forklift licence is an advantage but is not required.
