A casual vacancy exists for a Grounds person in the Midland/Mundaring areas.
No experience is required as formal and informal training can be provided and may include climbing or EWP skills.
The position requires immediate start and you would usually be required from 2 to 4 days per week depending on the workload. The rate of pay is dependent on age and experience.
You will be required to perform a variety of tasks such as feeding the chipper, using ropes and chainsaws.
The work can be physically demanding and in all weather conditions.
Your own transport and current driver’s license are essential, and you must be reliable, honest, and have a good attitude.
A suitable employee may be transitioned to permanent part time and may be considered for an apprenticeship to achieve trade qualifications in arboriculture.
Our clients insist on a high level of security so the successful candidate may be required to undertake periodic drug and alcohol testing and obtain a satisfactory Police clearance.
