Role Description
Support the timber machining workshop by assisting production, handling materials, operating machinery with training provided, and contributing to a safe, efficient and productive team environment.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assist machinists with daily production activities
- Prepare, cut, stack and feed timber through machinery
- Operate workshop equipment following training
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop
- Assist with loading, unloading and general workshop duties
This Role Will Suit Someone With:
- A robust work ethic and reliable attendance
- 3+ years work experience ideally in a related role
- Enjoyment of hands-on, physically active work
- Basic experience using hand and power tools
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights with unrestricted work eligibility (applications requiring visa sponsorship or temporary working holiday visas cannot be considered)
