MACHINE OPERATOR - DAY SHIFT

AUSTCORP is seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Mount Kuring-gai for an immediate start.
This role will see you responsible for operating blending and mixing equipment, monitoring production processes, completing quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently to specification.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
To Be Considered, You Will Have:
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with blending and mixing of raw materials or ingredients
- Ability to follow production schedules, batch sheets, and work instructions accurately
- Experience conducting quality checks and recording production data
- Strong understanding of GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures (highly regarded)
- Ability to identify and report equipment or product issues
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valuable communication skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
