We're looking for a reliable and energetic Casual Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team at EasyTatt Ink Co., one of the world's leading semi-permanent tattoo brands.
If you're organised, enjoy keeping busy, learn new systems quickly, and take pride in doing things accurately, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible casual work around study or other commitments and who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.
What you'll be doing
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing parcels for dispatch
- Quality checking products before shipment
- Restocking inventory and maintaining warehouse organisation
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory management
- Printing shipping labels and packing slips
- Following packing procedures and quality standards
- Using Shopify, shipping platforms and internal software
- Communicating with the team through Slack
- Helping maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Supporting the team with general warehouse and operational tasks as required
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- A fast learner who can pick up new software and systems quickly
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Happy working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to receive feedback and continuously improve
- Able to consistently meet productivity and accuracy KPIs once fully trained
- Physically capable of standing,
walking and packing orders for most of a shift
- Takes pride in doing every order right the first time
Availability
- Casual position
- Flexible shifts that vary based on business needs
- Weekday work only (currently no weekend shifts)
- Additional hours available during busy periods
- Immediate start available
Bonus points if you have
- Previous warehouse, retail or hospitality experience
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience picking and packing online orders
- An interest in e-commerce or online business and marketing
