But there's an interest in Paediatrics for your next chapter and you're not sure what the next phase looks like - a broader caseload, a mix of MSK and Paeds skills, exposure into the world of NDIS and rehab based Physio without losing your Private Practice skills, and the mentorship to support you in the change is what Remedy Health Collective is offering.

Our team of MSK and Pelvic Health Specialist Physiotherapists, Paediatric Speech Pathology, and Reformer Pilates Instructors are committed to providing outstanding healthcare to our region.

This is a much needed service in our area, and creates an opportunity for a broad caseload.

About the role

- Full time position 35-38 hours per week

- Part MSK caseload

- Part Paediatric caseload including paediatric MSK, developmental screening, basic NDIS clients and rehab

- Cooperative work with our Physiotherapy team, Paediatric Speech Pathologist, local Paediatric OT's, schools and local sporting groups

- Structured 1:1 mentoring week on week with Senior team members, and allied health colleagues

- Flexibility in a 4 or 5 day week

- No weekend work

- Start date: now-mid September 2026

What we are looking for:

- 1-5+ years experience in Private Practice in an MSK and/or Paediatric setting

- An interest in building your Paediatric skills, knowledge and qualifications in coming years

- A community minded team member who is ready to have a big impact on the people of their local community

- Someone who enjoys Physio and wants to grow in a workplace where culture and clinical standards are high

What you get

- A base salary of $95,000 - $125,000 plus fortnightly bonus available based on performance

- Consistent and planned mentoring 1:1 with Senior Physio clinicians

- Access to financial assistance from Rural Health West for moving to the area and for further studies (including travel, courses and masters)

- A $1500 PD allowance annually for external courses
