Operating within a large‑scale production and supply chain environment, this organisation plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality products to both domestic and international markets.
They are now seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and mobilistation processes across multiple business sites. This role will focus heavily on delivery the administrative and core tasks aligned to talent attraction, visa sponsorship and workforce planning, while also supporting local recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities as a shared services recruitment function.
- Assist with international recruitment campaigns and talent sourcing initiatives to support workforce requirements.
- Coordinate communication and documentation with international recruitment agencies and migration providers.
- Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines across key local and international markets.
- Act as a key contact for candidates throughout the visa sponsorship and onboarding process.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities and support hiring requirements.
- Coordinate mobilisation activities, including travel, accommodation, onboarding,
and pre-employment requirements for international employees.
- Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records, and reporting to support recruitment and workforce planning activities.
About You
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within high‑volume or operational environments (essential)
- Exposure to international recruitment, visa or migration processes (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both internal and external partners
- Confident working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
