We sell to HR, OD, P&C;, and People leaders. They care about flexibility, sustainable work, and treating people well, and so do we, so we've built our sales team the same way.

The role: 20-25 hours/week (9:30am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri), work from home, year-round. Recent business + account management, with comp that rewards both. Designed for experienced sellers who want challenging work at sustainable hours.

First Year: $120k+ FTE OTE, uncapped.

Who you are

- You've closed B2B deals with a few months of sales cycle behind them, and you know how to make a first meeting count.

- You prefer consultative to transactional, and are professionally persistent rather than "salesy".

- You're exceptionally good in Teams meetings, you'll live in them.

- You're great at identifying the underlying needs of your prospects and helping them towards the right decision for their people.

- You have a passion for people, learning and personal development. Tell us which books, podcasts or YouTube channels you love.

- You're competitive and goal-oriented, and you like being coached as much as coaching.

- You enjoy giving feedback to the SDR's who feed your pipeline, you'll have a pod supporting you.

- You try to add value and insight with every interaction. (Even with a great product, we make it mostly about our clients' people and their needs, not Leda.)

What you'll be doing

- Running insightful discovery sessions with P&C;, OD, and HR leaders, and earning the second meeting.





- Working opportunities sourced by our SDR team, we have three people whose only job is booking meetings.

- Finding the executive sponsor early and helping your champion bring them along.

- Writing proposals, handling objections, and closing 6–9 month leadership programs.

- Keeping the accounts you win, you'll renew and grow them, and get paid for both.

- Doing some of your own outreach in your first quarter while your pipeline fills.

- Build long-term relationships with P&C;, OD, and HR leaders who become advocates and references.
