THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join our Build team. Reporting to the Construction Director and working closely with the Scheduler, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

This is an opportunity to work on architecturally designed projects where attention to detail matters and quality is never compromised.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily site operations

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel

- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to budget





- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all aspects of construction

- Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and compliance requirements

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks

- Coordinate project sequencing and short-term programming

- Manage site documentation, reporting and record keeping

- Liaise with consultants, authorities and internal project stakeholders

- Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges

- Drive a positive and professional site culture

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record delivering architecturally designed homes to an exceptional standard.

You understand that projects of this nature require far more than simply managing programme and trades and have a genuine appreciation for quality construction, craftsmanship and design, taking pride in delivering homes where every detail matters.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (5+ years) in the construction of high-end custom homes or architecturally designed residential projects

- A strong understanding of residential construction methodologies, sequencing and programming

- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a solid commitment to workplace safety

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
