Mary Street Bakery has gained a reputation for producing some of Perth's best artisan breads and baked goods.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Night Shift Artisan Baker to join our bakery team. If you take pride in crafting high-quality breads and rolls by hand and enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake artisan breads and rolls.

- Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.

- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

- Monitor fermentation and baking processes throughout the shift.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in artisan bread production or commercial baking.

- Knowledge of sourdough, fermentation,



and traditional baking techniques.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Reliable, physically fit, and able to lift up to 20 kg.

- A positive attitude and solid attention to detail.

You will be working at our purpose built bakery in Bassendean. The facility and most of the equipment is brand new.

Shifts will be rostered Monday to Friday nights 23.00pm - 07.00am. Saturday and Sunday nights off.
