ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and broader enterprise platforms. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into practical cloud-native blueprints, develop robust API-led integration strategies, and drive exceptional omnichannel customer experiences. Additionally, you will set architectural standards, identify automation opportunities, and mentor delivery teams while clearly communicating your technical vision to all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead end-to-end solution design across digital platforms, cloud infrastructure, CRM, billing, and enterprise systems.

- Turn complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements into practical technical designs and blueprints.

- Design tailored Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) and modern cloud solutions using AWS (including Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway).

- Create explicit integration plans using RESTful APIs, microservices, API-led connectivity, and middleware such as MuleSoft.

- Build seamless omnichannel customer experiences across mobile, web, and self-serve portals, while finding new ways to automate processes and improve efficiency.





- Set and manage architectural standards, reusable patterns, and frameworks to ensure all solutions are cost-effective, reliable, secure, and compliant with regulations.

- Oversee the technical aspects of the entire software delivery lifecycle, from early design through to testing and release.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, security teams, and stakeholders to clearly explain architectural decisions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

- Provide strong technical guidance, mentoring, and support to delivery teams.

MORE ABOUT YOU

- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, ideally with background knowledge in the telecommunications, energy, or utilities sectors.

- Proven success in designing complex cloud architectures, digital platforms, and enterprise integrations, with strong practical knowledge of AWS and Salesforce.

- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, data privacy laws, and modern cyber security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
