Your new role
Working as part of a small but expanding marketing team, you will support the delivery of a broad range of marketing initiatives designed to build brand awareness, generate leads and enhance the customer experience. You'll gain exposure to the complete marketing life cycle, from campaign development and digital activity through to customer engagement and community initiatives.

You will assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, website content, events and promotional activities. The role will also support community engagement initiatives, stakeholder communications and marketing operations, providing a unique opportunity to develop a diverse marketing skillset.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll contribute to campaign delivery, content development, website updates, performance reporting and ongoing marketing improvements. You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas,



challenge existing thinking and identify opportunities to improve how marketing activities are delivered.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience working in a marketing or communications position ideally in a startup or small business
- Robust written communication and content development skills
- Experience supporting digital marketing and campaign activities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience updating website content and digital platforms
- Understanding of social media, email marketing and lead generation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline
