The Role

- You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief,



and coaching our store team on best practice vm principals

- Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and recent store openings

- Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer

- Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework

- Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales

- Region based in SA, with occasional travel to ACT
