Job Description
- High volume payroll processing including wages, salaries, overtime, and allowances
- Collecting, validating, and reconciling time and attendance data
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines
- Maintaining payroll records and generating payslips, tax documentation, and reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards, and tax requirements
- Responding to payroll enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
- Partnering with HR, Finance, and broader teams on payroll-related matters
- Identifying discrepancies and contributing to process improvement initiatives
