What you’ll contribute to
At Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA), we're looking for a motivated Vehicle Logistics Coordinator who will play a critical role in connecting our Vehicle Logistics function with our dealer network.
This is a highly collaborative, dealer-facing role where you will support vehicle supply chain operations,
manage enquiries, and ensure the smooth flow of vehicle and parts information across the network
This is a max term role until June 2027 based at Port Melbourne.
Some interstate travel would be required for this role.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate day-to-day vehicle logistics operational activities with logistics partners and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealer enquiries, providing timely support and resolution of vehicle logistics issues.
- Maintain vehicle supply chain information and communicate key updates and changes to dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor vehicle status, investigate exceptions, and support problem-solving activities across the network.
- Maintain port fitment parts information to ensure continuity of supply.
- Develop, maintain and distribute status reports to internal stakeholders, including Sales Regions and National Sales teams.

- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience within an automotive supply chain environment.
- Relevant experience within automotive logistics, dealership operations, sales, regional operations or supply chain functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with dealers and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
