Essential Qualifications:

- Diversional Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience as a Resident Wellbeing Coordinator in an aged care setting
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificates (in house training)
- Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Current Drivers Licence
- DoFoodSafely Certificate
- 2 years’ experience in residential aged care or a similar role

About You:

- Experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator in aged care or significant experience as a Lifestyle assistant, where you are ready to step up in your career
- Ability to be creative, compassionate and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
- Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
- Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members and other colleagues
- Well-developed written, verbal & presentation / communication skills
- Ability to accept the many differences our multi-cultural community may embrace and help maintain each resident’s dignity and preferences
- Willingness to embrace new technology, software systems and social media
