Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will join the team as a permanent employee, working in a supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment with long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture quality products in line with company standards
- Picking, stacking, and handling stock
- Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Maintain clean and secure work areas in line with WHS requirements
- Support daily production targets as part of a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working safely in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Confidence using machinery, tools,



and manual handling processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- A positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
- Sound understanding of Safe Work practices
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
