The Chief OperationsOffice(COO) is the strategic centre and engine room of the Group, focused on delivering efficient processes relating to the origination, production, validation and fulfilment of transactions and trades across the Group as well as key regulatory programs.

About therole

This role supports the Executive Manager, AI, Data & Analytics Strategy, in shaping and delivering the Data, Analytics and AI strategic agenda across COO.

Working closely with stakeholders across business, technology and operations, the role helps translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, supports prioritisation and planning activities, and ensures progress is tracked to deliver intended outcomes and business value.

The role contributes to strategy development and execution across several high-priority areas of the bank, including Fraud, Scams, Financial Crime and Operations.

Success will require strong strategic thinking, a solid understanding of Data, Analytics and AI, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders to drive initiatives from concept through to execution, helping accelerate the adoption and impact of Data, Analytics and AI across COO.

Your Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development, refinement and execution of the Data, Analytics and AI strategy, supporting an ambitious and transformative agenda.

- Develop strategic analysis,recommendationsand executive-ready materials to support decision-making, governance and delivery of key Data, Analytics and AI priorities across COO.

- Support prospect identification and assessment, translating strategic priorities into tangible products and initiatives with clear business value and ROI alignment.

- Lead and execute projects end-to-end by working with stakeholders across the Group.

This includesidentifying,framingand scoping strategic problems, project management,



undertaking primary external and internal research, synthesising complex information, developing high-quality solutions,writingclear reports, and communicating findings succinctly to relevant stakeholders.

- Support the processes for continuous prioritisation of AI initiatives across squads and crews, helping ensure investment decisions are aligned to strategicobjectivesand value outcomes.

- Support the development of the BU's data,informationand knowledge strategy, ensuring organisational readiness for AI adoption and scale.

- Support the development and execution of the AI adoption strategy in partnership with COO Operational Excellence & AI Enablement.

Your Skills & Experience

- Experiencein business strategy consulting at a major consulting firm or corporate in-house strategy function.

- Exposure to the financial services sector is a plus.

- Experience increating technical strategies for large organisations; excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to self-start, take ownership, work independently and drive outcomes on complex strategic cases, withdemonstratedstructured problem-solving capability and hypothesis-led thinking and analysis.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- An ability to inspire and influence others, with a proven ability to create a vision and build shared purpose across matrix reporting structures.

- An understanding of Data, Analytics and AI, with experience contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives and business transformation outcomes(desirable).
