About Role:

A fantastic, permanent full-time opportunity for a dynamic and adaptable professional to take a leading role in managing our Housekeeping and Catering Services at Hillcrest Private Hospital. This role will allow you to actively contribute and demonstrate your hands-on expertise in both these essential areas.

Your Skills and Experience

- You possess a minimum 3+ years leadership experience with a solid background in catering and environmental services or healthcare management.
- Degree or diploma in Catering/Hospitality, Trade qualification (desirable).
- Food Safety Supervisor certification.

Knowledge of HACPP.
- Demonstrated sound, practical knowledge of cleaning, waste and laundry systems.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of Infection Control & Prevention Principles and can conduct regular audits, quality checks, and documentation ensuring compliance with accreditation, certification, and WHS standards.

- Strong human resource management skills including workforce planning and utilisation, coordination of daily workflows and monitoring task completion and standards.
- You enjoy upskilling and providing on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and support to new and existing team members.




- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clinical and non‑clinical teams to promptly respond to service provisions and priorities.
