What does the job look like?
The is responsible and accountable for project operational activities and executing plans and initiatives to support the business goals.
Key areas include:
- Demonstrates a high level of focus on service delivery and meeting expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with the client and third parties
- Act as a point of contact for managing all project activity
- Coordinates all aspects of project planning and implementation, including assessing requirements,
setting goals and objectives
- Ensure the project structure is aligned with billing processes and practices, to ensure correct revenue is captured
- Ensure delivery timelines are met on a consistent basis
