URGENTLY HIRING!!!

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to service our Sydney based clients. This will be a permanent position as a field service technician for on going routine services, breakdowns and recent installations.

The Role

Your responsibilities will be:

- Visiting various sites to perform troubleshooting, identifying issues and servicing of heavy machinery equipment.
- Delivering preventative maintenance works in accordance with planned schedules.
- Reviewing tasks to be completed & liaising with our technical team on the status of tasks
- Developing relationships with client's facilities management & liaising with building Management & project managers during contract works
- Working closely with installation teams including engineers and people in all levels of the building/sub-contracting industry
- Providing training for safe operating procedure to new operators
- Preparing WHS, SWMS and QA documentation
- Regular documentation of all tasks, using service management software and completing associated paperwork.

The suitable Candidate will have:

- Trade qualifications in Electrical with very strong fault finding/ trouble shooting skills on automated or PLC based control system.
- Troubleshooting PLC, HMI & VSD/VFD issues, modifying the parameters and creating and updating electrical drawings.
- A Grade Electrical License.




- Solid post apprenticeship experience (ideally 5yrs+) in commercial electrical plant and equipment.
- Be committed and self-motivated, with very good organizational skills.
- An ability to self manage tasks as required & ability to perform under pressure and within tight time-frames.
- Current WHS Card, Current clean unrestricted drivers license & Working at Heights Certificate preferred.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work as a team.

This position includes, Uniform, PPE and Mobile Phone and a company Vehicle for the right candidate.

Pay commensurate with experience.

The successful applicant will enjoy working to deadlines, be focused, be passionate about their work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed.
