As a Procurement Specialist, you will provide end-to-end procurement services across a diverse range of categories for Flight Centre Travel Group globally. You will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to shape procurement strategies, negotiate impactful supplier agreements, and strengthen procurement practices across the organisation. This is an exciting chance to influence business outcomes, mitigate risk, and contribute to a high-performing global procurement function.

Day to day:

- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand procurement requirements, provide strategic advice, and deliver procurement solutions that support business objectives

- Conduct business needs assessments, market analysis, and commercial risk reviews to inform sourcing strategies and procurement decisions

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier engagement, evaluation, and the establishment of commercial supply arrangements

- Manage contract negotiations, drafting, review, and supplier performance activities to achieve value-for-money outcomes and minimise risk

- Provide procurement governance, guidance, and best practice support while maintaining accurate procurement documentation and audit records

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement

- Experience in contract management and relationship management

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Aptitude for solving problems and thinking outside the box

- Travel industry experience - desirable
