Occupational Therapist Opportunities – Upper North Shore (Sydney)

Are you a junior Occupational Therapist looking for strong support, structured mentoring, and the prospect to develop a unique clinical skillset?

At The Primitive OT, we are looking for passionate therapists to join our growing team in Hornsby. This is an ideal role for new graduates or early-career OTs who want a “hold your hand” onboarding experience with ongoing supervision and career development.

We work across clinic, home, school, and community settings, with a largely paediatric caseload, while also supporting adult clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver OT services across clinic, home, school, and community settings

- Conduct assessments (sensory, motor, and reflex-based — full training provided)

- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans

- Provide ongoing therapy and monitor client progress

- Complete clinical notes and reports

- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams

What We Offer

- Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (exclusive of super) + travel compensation

- 20 KPI expectation (including travel)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Driver’s licence (preferred)
