Join Our Coaching Team – Junior Football Coach

Football Concept Academy is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Junior Football Coach to join our academy in Warriewood (Northern Beaches, Sydney).

Training Details

- Day: Monday
- Time: 5:00 PM
- Session: U12 Girls Development
- Duration: 1 hour

This position is ideal for a coach who enjoys developing young players in a positive, engaging, and professional setting. Additional coaching opportunities may become available as the academy continues to grow.

Your Role

- Plan and deliver enjoyable, structured training sessions
- Develop players' technical ability and confidence
- Create a positive learning environment
- Help players improve their decision-making and understanding of the game
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and a love of football

What We're Looking For

- Experience coaching junior football players
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and engage young athletes




- Passion for player development
- Football Australia C Licence (preferred) or currently working towards one

Essential Requirements

- Previous football coaching experience
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
