What you'll be doing





To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide effective obstetric and gynaecological services to patients under supervision, while developing expertise in managing these patients in a complex clinical environment.

- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of at least two postgraduate years with a minimum of 10 weeks experience in women's health.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex clinical workplace, excellent clinical skills and judgement together with teamwork, time management and problem solving skills in the clinical settings and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to teach junior medical staff/medical students and a commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
- Preparedness and ability to work independently in a supervised environment.
- Prepared to participate in after hours and on-call roster
- Knowledge of relevant NSW Health policies.
