Miles Plastics are seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Factory Hand / Machine Operator to join our friendly team in Caloundra.

No previous experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy practical work, and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a long-term career.

You'll be learning how to:

- Operate modern manufacturing machinery
- Load and unload materials
- Assist with making custom plastic products
- Check products for quality
- Pack finished orders ready for dispatch
- Follow safe work practices
- Keep your work area clean and organised

Every day is different, so you'll constantly be learning new skills and working on a variety of projects.

We're looking for someone who:

Experience in manufacturing isn't required. This role is ideal for school leavers, juniors, or anyone wanting to start a career in manufacturing.

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
