We’re looking for a Workshop Coordinator to join our Belmont team. This role is all about keeping things organised, making sure the workshop, assets, and scheduling run smoothly while supporting both our technicians and our clients.

The Role

As Workshop Administrator/Coordinator, you’ll:

- Order parts and coordinate transport between job sites, suppliers and the workshop.
- Help technicians by preparing and returning tools, parts and equipment.
- Support scheduling of jobs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Handle client communications, confirm bookings and prepare job documentation.
- Coordinate servicing schedules and compliance records for vehicles, EWPs, and lifting gear.
- Keep accurate records of jobs, assets, and safety compliance.
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Current Driver’s Licence (essential).
- Forklift Licence, EWP ticket,



First Aid and Working at Heights certification (desirable).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Clear communication skills and customer service focus.
- Knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
- Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
