Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street combines old world charm with modern luxuries! This stunning hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and five meeting & event spaces. This role will be responsible for overseeing operations across Luci, The Douglas Club, Meetings & Events and In Room Dining.

About the Role

Our Food & Beverage Manager will be instrumental in building a thriving workplace culture that has a strong focus on developing their team. You will manage and support your teams with daily activities and ensure consistent levels of service are met to the highest quality. You will also work closely with the commercial team to formulate the F&B; strategy for the hotel and be the driving force behind our financial results. Specifically, you will:

- Have a relentless focus on elevating the customer experience and driving guest satisfaction
- Actively seek feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement
- Be operationally hands on to manage daily Food and Beverage operations
- Lead a team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between the food, dining and service concept across all outlets
- Strong communication with the hotel team to ensure success as a wider team

- A service orientated individual who is a passionate food and wine enthusiast, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in management roles across key F&B; services including events
- Demonstrated success in the Food and Beverage industry, and an ability to meet financial targets
- Excellent communication skills to ensure explicit, consistent messaging to all departments
- Prompt and systematic decision-making skills with analytical power
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and resolve conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
