Rolan is one of Australia's fastest growing online automotive parts retailers. We are family owned, we run a clean and well organised warehouse in Seven Hills, and most of our warehouse team has been with us for years.

The work

You will be picking, packing and dispatching online orders of automotive parts, receiving inbound stock, putting it away and keeping the racking in order.

The part that matters most: we pick manually from a printed pick slip that shows the part image and the part number. There is no barcode scanner to catch your mistakes. You have to look at the slip, look at the shelf and be certain the part in your hand is the right one. Automotive part numbers differ by a single character across parts that look identical, and a wrong pick means a customer waits another week for a part they needed yesterday. If you are the kind of person who checks twice before moving on, you will do well here. If you work rapid and sort it out later, this is not the job.

You will also be operating a forklift, so a current ticket and real confidence on the machine are both essential.

What you need

- Current forklift licence
- Previous warehouse picking and packing experience
- The ability to read and match alphanumeric part numbers accurately from a printed slip, without a scanner
- Reliability and punctuality, on an 8am start, five days a week
- Fluent English, spoken and written




- Full working rights in Australia
- Able to reliably commute to Seven Hills NSW 2147

Automotive parts experience is a genuine advantage but not a requirement. We will train you on the product.
