Established in 2016, this rapidly growing Australian logistics provider has expanded from a single warehouse operation to a national footprint across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Specialising in end-to-end logistics solutions, the company delivers services across customs, warehousing, transport and last-mile delivery, supporting leading local and international brands across multiple industries.
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for both of their sites: Greeancre & Prestons, NSW.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced transport and logistics operation. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting transport operations, and maintaining efficient workflow across the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid Warehouse background experience
- Operated previous sites up to 16,000sqm
- Bilingual in Chinese OR Mandarin / English (Preferred but not a requirement)
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient movement of goods in and out of the facility
- Manage inbound and outbound freight processes, including receiving, dispatch, and transport scheduling
- Liaise with drivers, customers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within warehouse management systems
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, manifests, and delivery paperwork
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure freight is handled safely and efficiently
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues as required
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role within transport and logistics
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, freight processes, and inventory control
- Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Forklift licence is required
- Knowledge of transport systems or ERP platforms such as SAP highly regarded
Desirable Attributes:

- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive working relationships
- Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce and customer base
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin or Chinese language skills will be highly regarded to support communication across our broader stakeholder network
Experience:
- SAP Warehouse Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
- Forklift Licence (Required)
