About the Role

As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you’ll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to Muzz Buzz standards.
- Serve pre-prepared food items efficiently and safely to customers.
- Take orders and make customers feel welcome with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Operate within a drive-through-only service model, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.
- Keep the store clean and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.
- Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.
- Work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

- Customer-oriented, with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Cool, calm, and collected,



even during busy peak periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptable and reliable, with a willingness to learn.
- Experience as a barista is not required but ideal. Full training is provided for all team members!

Availability

This role offers:

- A rotating roster of up to 25 hours per week.
- Shifts ranging from 3–8 hours, scheduled between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $13.90 – $34.76 per hour
