What you’ll do:

- Assist in planning and executing external audits of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

- Conduct substantive testing and detailed audit procedures to identify risks and ensure accuracy.

- Evaluate internal controls and financial processes to support audit objectives.

- Prepare clear and concise audit documentation, reports, and findings for clients and senior team members.

- Identify and communicate audit issues, collaborating with clients to resolve financial reporting challenges.

- Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance audit efficiency and quality.

What we’re looking for:

Core skills:

- Audit Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit; ideally, one year as a Senior Auditor or equivalent with exposure to private clients, owner-managed businesses.

- Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance, with progress toward or completion of a recognised CA qualification.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial information, identify risks, and apply professional judgement to audit processes





- Teamwork and Development: Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to learn from and support senior colleagues

- Communication Skills: Ability to prepare audit findings clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

- Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Foundational knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to ongoing learning
