Baked Collective are looking for experience Baker and Cake Decorator.

The job will include:

- Stacking and decorating cakes

- Delivering Wedding Cakes (mainly on Saturdays any time between 12pm-6pm), with occasional Sunday & Friday deliveries. Must be able to decorate some cakes on site depending on design. This is shared between employees, will not be required every weekend.

- Planning and checking schedules

- Serving and fulfilling customer orders

- Ability to work in a team

- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary to workplace and kitchen

Requirements:

- Have prior experience in cake decorating in a professional setting (Please send images of prior work to [email protected])
- Have an ability to learn quick and pay attention to detail when handling allergy friendly cakes
- Neat buttercream and piping skills
- Worked on Retro/vintage style cakes and tiered wedding cakes
- Have a positive attitude and hardworking




- Willing to comply to health and food safety standards
- Drivers license with own vehicle

Responsibilities:

- Cake decorating
- Cutting & stacking cake layers
- Mixing and baking cakes
- Cleaning and organising inventory
- Delivering Wedding Cakes
- Liaising with wedding coordinators
- Jumping into other roles where needed (shopfront/cafe, baking other items, maybe slices/brownies etc)
