Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates
Whittlesea
Build a meaningful career in a top-rated clinic. Exceptional support, a varied caseload, and a community you’ll be proud to serve.
Are you a physiotherapist who genuinely loves what you do and wants to grow alongside a team that shares your commitment to best-practice, client-centred care? At Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates, we’re looking for someone who wants
more than a job. We want someone who wants to belong somewhere, build something, and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Rated in the top 10% of Australian physiotherapy practices* with an overall practice score of 82 (the national average is 59*), a 99% Net Promoter Score, and 92% team satisfaction, our clinic is a place where high standards and a genuine, supportive culture go hand in hand.
About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position for a physiotherapist who is looking for a long-term home, not just their next role. Part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload spanning musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and the full spectrum of private practice presentations. As you settle in, there are opportunities to contribute to our Clinical Pilates program, Concussion Management service, and our Sponsored Athlete Program, where you can work with young local athletes through tailored one-on-one and group sessions. Our onsite half-basketball and netball court also provides a fantastic setting for functional rehabilitation and sports-specific work.
If you have experience or a genuine interest in concussion management, Clinical Pilates or specialised exercise services that is an advantage and something we actively support you to develop further.
