About the role

As a Restaurant Leader at Kickin'Inn, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant in Canley Heights, NSW. This full-time role will see you overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Salary

We value talent that is why we are offering a salary range of $71,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on your experience and the unique flavour you bring to our tribe.

What you will be doing

- Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training and performance management
- Ensure excellent guest service and a seamless dining experience for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a skilled and timely manner
- Monitor and control restaurant inventory, costs and budgets
- Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Support the overall strategic direction of the restaurant and contribute to its growth

What we are looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years' full-time (pro-rata) experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of performance
- Sound financial and inventory management skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
