About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure setting while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Roster:

Roster 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday- 1800-0600

Roster 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 1800-0600

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and support the night shift team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee asset protection and maintain a safe, secure work environment.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed.
- Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Handle customer and team member concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and organisation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual work history
- Full Australian working rights
