The Role
This position is primarily kitchen-based, working as a Prep Chef / Line Cook, with training across all areas of the restaurant.
Availability
- 10-20 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am - midnight (rotating roster)
- Full availability between Friday - Sunday required
Key duties include:
- Daily fresh food preparation
- Working the grill and fry stations
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Supporting customer service when required
- Working as part of a team across all stations

- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Solid work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding role
- Kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Flexible availability across days and nights
- RSA or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and team mindset
