We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. Respondibilities include: Prepare and cook high quality food according to Jonah’s guidelines, quality and standards, supervising apprentices and kitchen hands, Ordering food, kitchen supplies and equipment as required, receiving and accounting for supplies and deliveries, assisting in the development of positive in house relations between front of house personnel and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
