We are looking for a reliable and organised Social Media Posting Assistant to schedule and publish daily static content across Instagram and Facebook.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. We will provide the posting schedule, content themes, approved images and general direction. The role is focused on accurately scheduling content and ensuring posts go live at the correct time.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule one static post per day across Instagram and Facebook
- Follow the provided social media calendar and weekly content themes
- Upload approved images, captions, tags and links
- Check that posts are formatted correctly before publishing
- Ensure scheduled posts go live on time
- Flag any missing content, errors or scheduling issues
- Maintain a explicit record of scheduled and published posts

About You

- Experience scheduling content on Instagram and Facebook
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling platforms




- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
- Able to follow a structured content calendar
- Strong written English and basic proofreading skills
- Comfortable communicating remotely with our marketing team
