We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Aboriginal Homelessness team on a Full Time, Fixed term basis in Casino and Ballina to help make a positive social change, together.

What you'll be doing
- Holistic case management you will be supporting people with housing pathways
- Networking with external allied health professionals and service providers
- Provide practice that is strengths based, person-centred, solutions-focused and culturally responsive and safe in line with Social Futures Practice and Case Management Frameworks requirements
- Provide high-quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
What we're looking for
- Experience providing high quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
- Previous experience working within homelessness or a similar sector
- Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
