We are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to join a well-established national retailer known for its strong team culture, operational excellence, and long-term career opportunities. About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a team of 5–6 warehouse staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a true working Team Lead role where you will coordinate tasks, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and support a small warehouse team across daily operations
- Coordinate receiving, picking,



packing, dispatch, and replenishment activities
- Operate forklifts and LO equipment where required
- Ensure stock is handled accurately and safely
- Monitor productivity and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or senior warehouse role
- Experience across all core warehousing functions
- LO Licence or willingness to obtain one
- Current forklift experience and licence preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational standards
