About the Role
As a Pharmacist at Priceline Pharmacy Coolangatta, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our pharmacy while delivering high-quality clinical services and personalised patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and compassionate patient counselling.
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering high-quality healthcare services, including vaccinations and other skilled services where accredited.
- Supporting the daily operation of the dispensary and retail pharmacy.
- Supervising and mentoring Intern Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Technicians.
- Managing dispensary stock, inventory and ordering processes.
- Working collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Supporting business growth through professional services and community health initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all professional, legislative and quality standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- At least two years' experience in community pharmacy (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised and professional approach.
- The ability to lead,
mentor and work collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for improving patient health outcomes.
- Flexibility to participate in weekend and evening rosters.
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
