CHEF REQUIRED

We are an Italian restaurant in Norwest and we’re looking for a head Chef to join our team.

About the successful candidate

The candidate preferred:

· An experienced head Chef from a high volume restaurant setting

· Have excellent communication skills with kitchen staff and owners

· Have a can-do attitude and can work well under pressure

· Able to implement safe food handling practices and keep a clean kitchen

·Reliable

·Qualifications in commercial cookery

About the job;

. 5 day roster ( no Sunday trade)

· Working in a team of up to five kitchen staff.

· Assist with prep, cleaning, stock rotation, order checking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
- Food Preparation Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
