Care Done Differently is looking for an experienced Casual Compliance Officer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and quality and safeguarding requirements. Previous experience working in compliance within the NDIS or community services sector is essential.

About the role:

- Monitor and maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
- Review policies, procedures, and organisational documentation
- Support audit preparation and continuous quality improvement
- Assist with incident management, investigations, and corrective actions
- Monitor staff compliance with mandatory training and documentation
- Identify compliance risks and implement improvement strategies

What we’re looking for:

✔ Previous experience in an NDIS compliance role (essential)

✔ Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

✔ Ability to interpret legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills





✔ Experience preparing for or supporting NDIS audits is highly regarded

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing hours for the right person.

Applicants with experience on the floor with PersonalCare, Manual handling, Medication administration NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid & CPR WWCC (Working With Children Check) Drivers licence and reliable vehicle, Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to work shifts on the floor with clients will have immediate priority.
