Flexible Engagement | Ongoing Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organisation in a flexible, ongoing capacity. This is not a traditional full-time position. Instead, we’re looking for a highly qualified HR skilled who can be onboarded and available to provide strategic HR support, compliance advice, workforce guidance, and assistance with key projects as required.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys consulting, values flexibility, and has extensive experience in the aged care or community services sector.

About the Role

You will work alongside our leadership team to ensure our workforce remains compliant, well-supported, and aligned with current legislative and regulatory requirements. From time to time, you may assist with recruitment, workforce planning, HR compliance, policy development, performance management, and organisational projects.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Previous HR experience within Aged Care, Disability, Healthcare, or Community Services.




- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing strategic advice to senior management.

Desirable

- Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Rules 2025, and Strengthened Quality Standards.
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining workforce compliance systems.
