As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our team at our current Westfield Fountain Gate kiosk.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the Arozen brand. You'll welcome customers, demonstrate our products, provide personalised recommendations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, loves retail, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers passing the kiosk
- Demonstrate Arozen diffusers and fragrance oils
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Process customer purchases using the POS system
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised and fully stocked
- Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment
- Complete opening and closing procedures when required
- Participate in stocktakes and inventory counts
- Represent the Arozen brand professionally at all times
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Passionate about customer service
- Comfortable engaging and speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Willing to learn about our products
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
